个人简介


徐必学,男,研究员,博士生导师,第六届贵州省优秀科技工作者,贵州省第十批优秀青年科技人才;贵州省第三批“百”层次创新型人才。法国索邦大学(原巴黎第六大学)分子化学专业理学博士。主要从事基于中药民族药的活性先导化合物的发现与创新药物研究。先后主持国家自然基金3项、省部级科研项目8项;作为主要参与人完成已结题的国家级项目6项、省部级项目10项、横向课题5项。已发表或共同发表论文90多篇,其中SCI论文35篇。申请获得授权的中国发明专利10件、申请获得授权的美国发明专利1件(第二发明人),已完成2件授权专利的转让实施。作为项目主要参与人,完成了治疗乙肝化药1.1类新药“替芬泰”的发现及其临床前研究工作并获得了国家食品药品监督管理总局颁发的临床试验批件。《中国药学杂志》《合成化学》《中南药学》编委;指导已毕业的硕士研究生30余名。

1.靶向Werner解旋酶的氟代喹唑啉衍生物设计、合成及其抗白血病活性研究,国家自然科学基金地区基金项目(82260675),在研,主持;

2.中药民族药功效与利用研究平台及创新能力建设,贵州省科技厅(黔科中引地[2022]4015),已结题,主持;

3.贵州省高层次创新型人才培养计划——“百”层次人才,贵州省科技厅(黔科合平台人才【2016】5678),已结题,主持;

4.马蹄金素氟代二肽模拟物的设计合成及抗HBV活性研究,国家自然科学基金地区基金项目(81760623),已结题,主持。
